Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these terms. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled move
Within 24 hours: 50% charge applies
All other cancellations assessed based on circumstances

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash.

Insurance & Liability

We carry goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
